Nathan Earle is an attorney in Greenville, South Carolina. He attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Nathan worked as an associate attorney with Temple Mann Briggs & Hill, focusing on residential real estate transactions and construction litigation. In October of 2008 Nathan opened a general civil practice which has become increasingly devoted to probate and estate planning matters.

Nathan is a certified circuit court mediator and serves as a member of the South Carolina Bar's Fee Dispute Resolution Board. In the past, he has served on a variety of Bar committees, including Practice and Procedure and Professional Responsibility. He also served a three-year term on the Greenville County Board of Zoning Appeals from 2014 to 2017.

Nathan also holds a master's degree in history from Clemson University for a thesis on the seventeenth-century Court of Star Chamber.
